My Sparkling Blackberry Limoncello Cocktail Recipe is sponsored by Torani. As always, all opinions and ideas are my own. #AToraniBrunch
If you’ve hung out with me on the blog before you probably know I’m a big fan of brunch. Best meal of the day, hands down. If every meal could be brunch I would not be mad about it. Brunch is really more than just the food though… it’s the brunch experience. The lack of hurrying, the good company, and of course the cocktails. This Sparkling Blackberry Limoncello is really like the quintessential brunch cocktail… it has fruit, sparkles and it’s pretty. 😉 It’s pretty but so easy to make! It was the hit of my brunch painting party last month and tastes like the official announcement that spring is on the way. This tasty delight will be making many encore appearances, of that I am sure.
Sparkling Blackberry Limoncello Cocktail Recipe
Let’s start with talking about the garnish for this cocktail. It is so much more than a garnish… the lemon juice drenched ripe blackberries sprinkled with stevia are the perfect sweet/tart compliment to the Sparkling Blackberry Limoncello.
Tip: You may want to make many more of these berries than you need for the garnish because they will want more! And by they I mean you, too. 😉
The combination of Limoncello with Torani Blackberry Syrup make the perfect base for a fizzy champagne topper. Brunch is served!
