Hi there! I hope you’re having a great week. The weather here in Ohio is HOTT… the kind of weather that calls for a good Arnold Palmer. And guys, trust me… when this Arnold Palmer calls, you answer.
Here’s how the story goes… I was at brunch recently and the server asked me if I wanted Lavender in my iced tea. You know how sometimes you want to say “ew” but instead you say “interesting” for the sake of being polite? That was my reaction to this question, but I decided to give it a shot.
Sooo glad I did! The lavender added a beautiful brightness and a touch of sweetness to the mellow iced tea. This instantly became my summer bev of choice. Btw, I went on to get 4 refills, a personal refill record (although Ryan was “helping” me aka stealing haha!)
Luckily I kept an open mind and said I would try it because if not, I would have missed out on what has now become one of my absolute favorite flavor combos. I decided my Lavender syrup needed to meet the quintessential summer beverage, the Arnold Palmer. If you’re unfamiliar with what an Arnold Palmer is, it’s a refreshing beverage that is made up of half lemonade and half iced tea. It’s true summer perfection.
I now introduce you to a Lavender Arnold Palmer. Are you up for trying it? You won’t be sorry, I promise.
Lavender Arnold Palmer
This is really one of the easiest drinks to make. I’m sure you’ve tried or at least seen Torani syrups in your local coffee shops. They come in all of the standard coffee flavors but come to find out that they have many, many more flavors to play with. The Lavender Torani Syrup is what they used at brunch with my iced tea.
Although I thought the Lavender Arnold Palmer would be good, it exceeded my wildest expectations. Is that too dramatic when speaking about a drink? Well it might be, but trust me, it’s no exaggeration. Are you ready to try it for yourself? I’m even going to give you a big girl version. 😉

Lavender Arnold Palmer
Ingredients
- 6 cups Fresh Brewed Iced Tea I use Lipton K-cups for my Keurig
- 6 cups Lemonade I love Market District Old Fashioned Lemonade, it tastes just like fresh squeezed!
- 1 ¼ cups Torani Lavender Syrup
- 1 ¼ cups Sweet Tea Vodka optional for spiked version
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir.
- Garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.
I hope you find time to enjoy one of these this week… it truly is an experience.
I’d love for you to share what your favorite summer drink is in the comments below! Thanks for stopping by and have a great rest of the week!
