My Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie recipe is sponsored by NutriBullet. The ideas and opinions shared are mine alone.
Did I get your attention with oatmeal peanut butter cookie? I know I got mine. I’m not above a little mind trickery to get my veggies in, especially when my smoothie tastes like a cookie (there are no actual cookies involved)! I love to live on smoothies, in the summer months especially. They are so refreshing and make a perfect (and quick) meal replacement; perfect for milking every minute of my summer days.
I love to experiment with new smoothie recipes and this peanut butter oatmeal cookie smoothie is going to be heavy in the smoothie rotation this summer. With plenty of protein, calcium and even veggies (I promise you, and even your kids, will never know!) this recipe makes a perfect well-balanced meal on-the-go (or on the slow). I prefer on-the-go personally. 😉
Alright I’ve teased you enough, let’s get down to some easy smoothie making!

I love the ease of a good smoothie meal… summer food prep and me = not friends. That’s just a small part of why I’m loving my new NutriBullet Select. This new, amped-up version is NO JOKE friends! It’s a good thing it has suction because when I started to blend my peanut butter oatmeal cookie smoothie the sheer power of it would have sent it across the counter and made a big mess. Big messes and me aren’t friends either.
If you’re already a NutriBullet fan, there are some major oohs and aahs that make this new version a must-have; it has 3 options (pulse, blend and crush) and 4 speeds! It makes making salsa, hummus, juices, smoothies, etc. so silly easy. If there was ever any hesitation that the NutriBullet can replace your blender than that just went out the window.
What are some of your favorite smoothies to make? If you’ve already snagged the new NutriBullet Select, I’d love to know what your favorite recipes are to make in it!
Have a great day and thank you for being here!

These sound delish, Lydia. I have a smoothie almost every morning but I do frozen broccoli & blueberries with oatmeal and almond milk. This would be a nice change!
I’m visiting today from Wow Us Wednesday and it’s nice to meet you.

This sounds delicious! I will have to make it for my boys. Love it that there are veggies “hidden” in it. 🙂

I’ve never had cauliflower in a smoothie before! I bet you really can’t taste it. Neat idea!
Lydia says
I have to admit, it’s hidden in there pretty well Natasha!;)
Julie says
I can’t wait to try this.
Lydia says
Thanks Julie, let me know what you think!

I’m going to have to try this!! I am not really a green smoothie girl because I can always still taste the spinach or kale and it tastes funky to me with the fruits haha. But I think cauliflower might be easy to hide.
Lydia says
I hear you Emily! You’re totally right, the cauliflower is hidden completely! Let me know if you try it. Thanks for stopping by! 🙂
