Happy Friday and happy December friends! It also happens to be my fur baby Pinky’s 2nd birthday. 😉 It also happens to be the day of the year where I plan out my holiday gift giving list. I don’t know where along the line I became that girl who is finishing Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve and even wrapping a few last gifts on Christmas morning, but here I am. Every year I say it will be different. Every.single.year. And guess what? It’s never different. Even with the best laid plans. It’s always the same. BUT, this year, I really mean it. It will be different and already is. So far.
I’m planning to do 98.9% of my holiday shopping online this year and what is making the difference this year is all of the unique shops I’ve found online that have something for everyone on my list. I’ve checked several people off of my list with these adorable gift ideas from Clay Chick Ceramics. They have so many cute pieces that can be customized and personalized without limit. Seriously. They can create designs for pieces to make them one of a kind which is my favorite kind of gift to give.
I love this Scallop board! It makes a great housewarming gift too with the home ornament attached. Hung from an ornament hanger, it makes a great sign for a foyer or entryway. It’s so versatile… while I decide who to give it to, I’ll just enjoy it hanging from the wreath on the sled in my entryway. 😉
I wanted something Ohio themed for a friend that’s moving back and the ladies at Clay Chick Ceramics came up with this adorable version of their rectangle board. They created the Ohio and “home sweet home” design and attached it to the board with vinyl. The left side has velcro so it can display any of the velcro embellishments they have. This would be darling displayed as a sign on a plate stand or you can skip the velcro and it makes a perfect serving tray. I’m going to gift it with the home ornament and they even personalized that for me. And there is no extra charge for these personalizations!
It’s super cute with the bowtie snowman velcro embellishment, too!
You guys really liked the homemade hand soap gift idea I posted a couple of months ago, so I wanted to update it for the holidays, these would make great holiday gifts!
You can get the dispenser with velcro on one side to attach an embellishment and a vinyl monogram on the other.
Attach a little tag with a handmade soap recipe…

If you’re not using the hand soap often, give a good shake if it’s been sitting for awhile so that any settled ingredients can re-integrate.
