We’re less than a week out from Easter! Do you have your meal planned? Or will you be going somewhere else? Or are you having a relaxing Sunday at home? With any of the above options, these delicious BUTTERFINGER® Cup Eggs Brownie Bars will be the perfect Easter treat to make, take and share. I tried BUTTERFINGER® Cup Eggs last year for the first time and was instantly hooked. I looked forward to them coming out this year like a kid awaits Santa on Christmas morning. If you haven’t tried them yet, don’t worry, this recipe allows for you to hold a few aside to enjoy after Easter comes and goes and you want to cry because you have to wait to buy more until next year. But before you get too distraught, don’t worry, they make the original BUTTERFINGER® Cups all year. Whew. 😉
One of my favorite holiday hacks is to make as much as I can ahead of time for holidays (holidays are for spending time with family, not slaving in the kitchen!), but it can be hard to find foods that will hold up if made ahead of time unless they have a lot of artificial stuff in there to preserve them. BUTTERFINGER® products have always been a fav of mine because they have no artificial colors and flavors… the added colors come from natural sources That’s part of the beauty of these bars is that they can be made 2 to 3 days ahead still taste fresh and delicious (just store them in an airtight container) for Easter.
