Add pasta and water to a dutch oven per package directions and cook for 10 minutes.
Once water is almost fully absorbed, stir in vodka sauce and cooked ground sirloin.
Top with sliced fresh mozzarella.
Place under the broiler until cheese is melted and starting to bubble (make sure your pan is high-temperature oven safe).
Serve with fresh basil.
Notes
* I cook several pounds of ground sirloin at a time and put it in containers of 1 pound each and freeze. Then when you make this recipe (or any other recipe with ground beef) you can just microwave it for a minute or two and add it to the sauce.
