Ingredients

  • Pringles Sour Cream & Onion Potato Crisps crushed
  • 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon dried Basil
  • ¼  teaspoon Rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, gouda, sour cream, basil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well (I get in there with my hands!)
  • Tip: Gouda will grate easier if you stick it in the freezer for about 20 minutes since it's such a soft cheese.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Roll cheese mixture into small balls (about 1 ½- 2 tablespoons) and set aside.
  • Crush Pringles into a bowl, forming large crumbs.
  • Roll cheese ball bites into Pringles crumbs until completely coated.
  • Place a food pick in each of the cheese ball bites and serve.
