Pour wine and orange liqueur into a large pitcher. Add fruit and refrigerate for 12 - 24 hours. The longer is sits the more the fruits will flavor the sangria. Don't worry if you can't make it ahead though, it will still be delicious!
Make the Black Currant sparkling water. I always use the High Fizz setting, because, of course.
Sprinkle cinnamon and stevia into a small plate and mix. Run an orange wedge along the rim of the glasses and dip in cinnamon/stevia mixture.
Add black currant lime sparkling water to the pitcher just before serving, we don't want to lose that fab fizz!
