Sparkling Blackberry Limoncello Cocktail
The perfect brunch cocktail with just the right amount of sweet, tart and sparkle!
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Limoncello
- 1 tablespoon Torani Blackberry Syrup
- Champagne
- Fresh lemon
- Fresh blackberries
- 1 stevia or sugar packet optional, but ohhhh so good!
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from a fresh lemon onto blackberries.
- Spear blackberries onto a cocktail pick and sprinkle with stevia or sugar.
- Add Limoncello and Torani Blackberry Syrup to the bottom of a Champagne glass or Collins glass.
- Top with Champagne.
- Lay the blackberries across the rim of the glass and serve.
Notes
A dryer champagne works best as a complement to the sweet and tart Limoncello Blackberry flavor.
