Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup peanut powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons organic honey
  • if your cauliflower and banana aren't frozen, you can add some ice cubes if you prefer a cold blended smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the tall cup and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Drizzle with honey to garnish if desired.
  • Enjoy!
