Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Smoothie Recipe

- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup peanut powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 tablespoons organic honey
- if your cauliflower and banana aren't frozen, you can add some ice cubes if you prefer a cold blended smoothie
