Ingredients

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

frozen cauliflower
1/2
cup
nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2
cup
oatmeal
1/4
cup
peanut powder
1
frozen banana
3
tablespoons
organic honey
if your cauliflower and banana aren't frozen, you can add some ice cubes if you prefer a cold blended smoothie
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the tall cup and blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
Drizzle with honey to garnish if desired.
