Baked Brie with Maple Glazed Walnuts

  • 8 oz. wheel of Brie cheese
  • ½ cup California walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Assorted crackers


  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Place brie on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Once brie has baked for about 10 minutes, add walnuts, maple syrup, salt and pepper to a small skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring very frequently until syrup has evaporated.
  • Allow brie to cool for a few minutes, transfer to serving dish and spoon maple glazed walnuts on top. Serve immediately with assorted crackers, apple slices or baguette.
