Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pans with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and dried cranberries.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, eggnog, sugar, butter and extracts.
Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined and nostreaks of flour remain. Pour into prepared pan and bake about 45 minutes or until atoothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove to a wire rack and cool.
While cooling, prepare the glaze by combining the confectioners sugar, eggnog, rum extract,and nutmeg in a small bowl. Remove bread from loaf pan, drizzle on glaze and serve.
