STEP 1

Attach felt to laundry basket with hot glue.

STEP 2

Cut off the lip of the laundry basket and fold extra felt inside to make the basket liner.

STEP 3

Starting at the bottom, hot glue rope around the entire basket.

STEP 4

Paint the bottom of the basket and fade up to create gradient.
